How it works
It runs on the same models that power Earpiece. Every player in our database is evaluated across the qualities that matter for their position, things like ball carrying, pressing or defensive contribution depending on the role. Hidden Gems finds the players whose scores sit well above what you'd expect given their league, age and minutes, and matches them against what your team actually needs.
